Meninas, eu não desisti, mas não tá dando... Estou passando por muitas dificuldades e não estou me alimentando direito. Aí acabo querendo pular refeições para compensar e passo mal. E depois fico me culpando por não estar conseguindo e fico pior ainda... Então, resolvi pôr a RA em pause. Pois sei que não conseguirei fazer direito e pra fazer errado, é melhor deixar pra lá e não ficar com peso na consciência. Meu maridinho pediu para eu parar a dieta até o final do mês, quando tudo melhora. Pois ando muito mal por não estar conseguindo. Então pensei melhor e resolvi fazer isso. Claro que vou me alimentar melhor, pois isso já está incorporado no meu dia-a-dia (ÊÊÊÊÊÊÊ!!!!). Mas só volto mesmo pra tentar chegar ao meu objetivo no final do mês. Falta pouco...
Por isso, estou postando para avisar... Vou tentar acompanhar vocês, mas não prometo...........
